How to start browsing this CD

About this CD
-------------
This CD is equipped with two independent 
navigation/browsing systems. One is based on PDF 
files, while the other one is using HTML files.

THE PRIMARY RECOMMENDED SYSTEM IS THE PDF BASED 
BROWSING SYSTEM. 

The HTML navigation system is provided only 
for cases where the PDF based navigation is not 
usable. The HTML navigation is lacking many of 
the functionalities available in PDF. Please use 
the PDF based system whenever possible.


In Windows
----------

If Autoplay is enabled for the CD drive then the CD 
should autostart. If the CD does not autostart follow 
these steps until you can access the content:

1. Double click on autorun.js

2. For starting the primary PDF navigation system: 
open 'index.pdf'

3. For starting the secondary restricted HTML navigation 
system open 'index.htm'

4. As a last resource use the basic support files in 
the "support" directory: <-CONFIG-SubConferenceName->/support.


In other environments (Unix)
----------------------------

1. For starting the primary PDF navigation system: 
open 'index.pdf'

2. For starting the secondary restricted HTML navigation: 
open 'index.htm' 

3. As a last resource use the basic support files in
