Heydari MWSCAS 2014 Distinguished Speaker

Prof. Payam Heydari was invited to deliver a distinguished talk at the IEEE 57th International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS 2014) held in Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas on August 3-6, 2014.    In his speech titled “Terahertz and Millimeter-Wave Frequency Generation and Synthesis in Silicon,”  Prof. Heydari presented an overview and comparative study of his recent research efforts which explored several circuit techniques and architectures leading to highly efficient frequency synthesis and signal generation in silicon. http://www.mwcas-2014.org/
