Forget the Canon & Nikon SLR cameras, Casio has brought digital cameras to a whole new level - slow motion video capture!

David Pogue from the New York Times writes and article & shows some YouTube videos.

The Casio FX-1 is capable of snapping 60 6MP images a second & recording video at a whopping 1200 fps, albeit w/ a low quality resolution. For those who can't afford the $1000 price tag, Casio offers two lower-end models for the average consumer. This isn't the holy grail of cameras, but it's definitely one step in the right direction.
